Service & Billing Summary (Plain English)

  • Subscriptions may include a short identity-verification window (up to 7 days). Charges start when KYC is successfully completed and the subscription is ACTIVE.
  • The Billing Period (managed by Stripe) and the Service Term (activation-to-expiry of your BetaOffice service) can differ slightly due to the KYC grace period. You always receive the full service you paid for.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation schedules the end of service at the close of your current paid term. If you are on a trial and become ACTIVE during the trial, the first charge occurs at trial end; cancelling then ends service at the end of the following paid term. You can resume before the final charge date.
  • Plan changes are not supported on an existing subscription. To switch plans, cancel at end of term and open a new subscription; a fresh KYC check will be required.
