Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to verified BetaOffice account holders aged 18 or over.
• Participants must hold an active BetaOffice subscription or verified ambassador account.
• Employees or contractors of Generation Beta Digital Limited may not participate unless authorised in writing.

2. How the Program Works

Each participant receives a unique referral link or code (“Referral Code”). When a new customer (“Referred User”) signs up using that code, completes identity verification (KYC), and makes their first successful payment, the referrer becomes eligible for a reward (“Referral Reward”).

• Only one Referral Code may be applied per new customer.
• Referral attribution is automated and case-insensitive.
• Rewards are credited only after verification and successful payment confirmation.

BetaOffice does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, referrals, conversion rates, or income under the Program. Rewards depend entirely on successful verified subscriptions generated through your Referral Code.

Referral tracking uses cookies and internal analytics in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

3. Reward Structure

• Rewards are denominated in GBP (£) and credited to your BetaOffice Wallet.
• Rewards may be converted to approved payout methods once the minimum withdrawal threshold is met.
• Payout methods may include Wise, Payoneer, gift cards, or other approved channels.
• Rewards have no cash value until approved and processed.
• We may run temporary promotional rates; these are time-limited.

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Rewards are validated only after:

• The Referred User completes KYC and becomes ACTIVE.
• The first payment successfully clears and is not refunded or disputed within 30 days.
• Both parties comply with BetaOffice’s Terms of Service and AML/KYC obligations.

Suspicious, duplicate, artificial, self-referrals or coordinated sign-ups may result in disqualification. BetaOffice reserves the right to withhold, reverse, cancel or claw back Referral Rewards at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.

BetaOffice may require additional identity verification prior to payout in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5. Taxes

Referral Rewards may constitute taxable income under UK or local law. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes due. BetaOffice does not deduct tax at source and does not provide formal tax documentation unless required by law.

6. Restrictions

• Referrals must be genuine new customers.
• Self-referrals or referrals to entities under common ownership are prohibited.
• Referral links may not be used in spam, misleading marketing, or brand-bidding ads.
• Paid advertising using “BetaOffice” brand terms is prohibited without written permission.

7. Advertising & Disclosure Obligations

Participants who publicly share Referral Codes must clearly disclose that they may receive financial compensation if someone signs up using their link.

• Disclosure must be clear, prominent and understandable.
• Hidden or misleading promotions are prohibited.
• Participants are solely responsible for compliance with advertising regulations.

These obligations include compliance with the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and guidance issued by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

8. Program Changes

BetaOffice may amend reward amounts, milestone structures, payout thresholds, or eligibility criteria at any time. Changes will not retroactively invalidate rewards already confirmed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation at our discretion in cases of non-compliance or fraud.

10. Limitation of Liability

BetaOffice’s total liability arising from the Program shall not exceed the total Referral Rewards earned by you in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
