Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to verified BetaOffice account holders aged 18 or over.
• Each participant must have an active BetaOffice subscription or a verified ambassador account.
• Employees or contractors of Generation Beta Digital Limited may not participate unless authorised in writing.

2. How the Program Works

Each participant receives a unique referral link or code (“Referral Code”). When a new customer (“Referred User”) signs up through that code, completes KYC, and makes their first successful payment, the referrer becomes eligible for a reward (“Referral Reward”).

• Only one Referral Code may be used per new customer.
• Referral attribution is case-insensitive and applied automatically at checkout.
• Rewards appear in the referrer’s in-app Wallet after verification of the Referred User’s payment.

Referral tracking uses cookies and internal analytics in line with our Cookie Policy.

3. Reward Structure

• Rewards are denominated in GBP (£) and credited to your BetaOffice Wallet.
• Rewards may be converted to cash-equivalents (e.g. Wise, Payoneer, or gift cards) once a minimum payout threshold is reached.
• Automatic payouts are processed monthly. Processing times may vary by payout method.
• Rewards have no cash value until approved and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We may run temporary promotions with higher rewards; promotional rates are time-limited and published on our website or in your dashboard.

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

BetaOffice monitors all referrals for compliance and fraud. Rewards are validated only after:

• The Referred User completes KYC and becomes ACTIVE.
• The first payment successfully clears and is not refunded or disputed within 30 days.
• Both parties comply with BetaOffice’s Terms of Service and AML/KYC obligations.

Suspicious, duplicate, self-referrals or fake sign-ups will void eligibility. We may request identity or address verification for reward payments under AML rules.

5. Taxes & Reporting

Referral Rewards may constitute taxable income under UK or local law. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or social contributions due on your rewards. BetaOffice may provide summary statements upon request but does not issue P60/P45 forms or deduct tax at source.

6. Restrictions

• Referrals must be genuine new customers who have not held a BetaOffice account before.
• Referral links may not be used in spam, unsolicited email, paid ads using “BetaOffice” brand terms, or misleading promotions.
• We may revoke rewards gained through prohibited activity or policy abuse.
• Referrals cannot be used to refer yourself, your own business entities, or those sharing the same beneficial ownership.

7. Reward Forfeiture

Rewards are void if the Referred User’s payment is refunded, their account is terminated for non-compliance, or the referrer’s account is suspended before payout. We may adjust Wallet balances to correct errors or reverse invalid rewards.

8. Program Changes or Termination

We may modify or end the Program at any time with reasonable notice. Accrued valid rewards will be honoured. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication.

9. Limitation of Liability

BetaOffice’s total liability for any claim arising from the Program is limited to the total reward amount earned by you in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
