Where exceptionally high mail volumes are received, additional handling charges may apply in accordance with our Fair Use Policy.
How quickly will I receive mail scans?
Most business mail is scanned and uploaded to your dashboard shortly after it is processed by our mail handling team.
Can I forward physical mail?
Yes. UK physical forwarding is available on demand for selected items when needed. Most customers use digital scans first and only forward selected items when necessary.
Do you accept parcels?
Letterbox-friendly parcels may be accepted. Dangerous, live or perishable goods are not accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse unsuitable or unlawful items.
Can non-UK residents sign up?
